Personnel Commission (Sue West, Chair)

This commission regularly reviews the work of all Church employees.  It is responsible for interviewing and recommending persons to fill vacancies in the staff as well as new staff additions.  It reviews the compensation of each employee, provides for adequate health insurance and other benefits, and is available to any staff member to assist in achieving better working relationships among the staff.  This commission also reviews and approves the personnel policies and procedures of the Community Nursery School.
