Finance Commission

Finance Commission (Roland Staal, President Board of Trustees)

This commission helps manage the financial and physical resources of the congregation.  The commission conducts an annual stewardship campaign and directs the development of an annual budget for the Church.  It considers the ministry, mission and maintenance needs of the Church to determine appropriate sources of funding, and recommends to the Unicameral Board both the source of funds and the appropriate timing for all major expenditures.  While not authorized to make policy, the commission is charged with working closely with the Church Treasurer in determining the availability of funds and making recommendations to the Unicameral Board.
